A private link arrives by email right after payment. No account to create and no password to circulate: the link is the key, so treat it like one.
Invite your teammates
Paste one address or fifty. Each person receives their download links and activates ToggleHosts with the email you invited.
Keep the pool clean
Live status per member, sign a device out, free a seat, resend an invite, export the whole list. All from the same page.

How seats actually behave
1 seat = 1 person = 1 device
Changing machine is self-serve: release the device from the dashboard, or from the app with the member's email.
Perpetual license, one year of updates
Your team keeps the version it has, for life. Updates published during the first year are included for every seat.
A freed seat waits a few days
Removing an active member reserves their seat for a short while before it can go to someone new. Re-adding the same person is always instant.
One email, one license
An address that already carries a ToggleHosts license outside the team cannot take a seat. Use a work address, or write to us.

What teams ask before buying
Is the Team license a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment of 15.00 € per seat, with one year of updates included. Your team keeps the version it has for life, and nothing renews on its own.
Do my teammates need an account?
No. They receive download links and activate ToggleHosts with the email address you invited. Only you, as the admin, get a dashboard link, and that link is the only credential, so keep it out of shared channels.
What happens when someone changes laptop?
Sign the device out from the dashboard. The person keeps their seat and activates on the new machine straight away. Nothing to buy, nothing to ask us.
And when someone leaves the company?
Remove them from the dashboard: they are signed out immediately and the seat returns to the pool. A seat freed this way is reserved for a few days before a new person can take it, while re-adding the person who left stays instant.
Can we add seats later?
Yes. Write to us with your team link and the number of seats you need, and we will sort it out with you rather than have you juggle two separate pools.
Who issues the invoice?
Creem, our merchant of record, is the legal seller for the order. It handles payment, applicable VAT, and gives you invoices and billing history in its customer portal, linked from your confirmation email. One order means one invoice for the whole team.
Which platforms are covered?
Windows, macOS and Linux, the same app everywhere. Every seat receives the links for all three, so a mixed team is not a problem.
